Activation Guide

After you have received your Security Token by registered post, complete the following steps below to activate it and get access to your accounts. (Note that the security token activation is a one time process)

Step 1:

Click on the button.

Step 2:

Enter the Internet Banking Username, previously created and press 'Continue'

Step 3:

Input your Password and click on 'Continue', as illustrated below:

Step 4:

Click on 'Continue' when you get below screen:

Step 5:

From the screen below, you will need to input the following:

• Serial Number - This number is found at the back of your Security Token. Note that you need to input the 10 digits without the Hyphens.
• Security Code - you need to press the grey button at the front of the Security Token to generate the security code on the display. Note that the security code is generated only once each time.

Then press on the 'Continue' button to complete the Security Token activation process.
