Eligibility criteria for personal accident insurance

• Age limits:
  Adults:16-65 years
  Children 4-15 years
• Eligibility of individual will depend on the level of risk of the proposer’s occupation i.e. if high risk occupation might not be eligible
• Eligibility of each individual will depend on previous insurance history
• Individual must be in good physical conditions – in good bodily and mental health
• Individual must have a good family medical history
