Relationship Management

Savings Plus account

With the Savings Plus account, you earn an additional variable margin of 0.25% p.a. over and above normal savings rate.
The Savings Plus account is available exclusively to you as part of your AssetVantage package.

Account Opening Guarantee

We are confident that our levels of services are second to none, so much that if you do not receive your AssetVantage card, credit cards and cheque books within 10 working days of account opening, Rs.1,000 will be credited to your account

Consolidated Statement

In order to help you manage your finances easily and efficiently, AssetVantage provides a consolidated statement which lets you see your overall financial position at a glance, with a portfolio summary listing your total account balances on your personal loans
So that you can carefully monitor your financial activity, a detailed breakdown of account transactions, payments and interest earned and paid is also given.

Call centre facilities

Our friendly contact centre staff will be glad to assist you 7 days a week from 08.45am to midnight. Services offered are:

• Access your account balances
• Effect transactions between your accounts with the same customer number
• Make credit card enquiries and credit card payments from settlement account
• Order cheque books
• Request duplicate account/credit card statements
• Reporting of lost/stolen cards (hotline +230 403 0732 available 24 hours)
• Reporting of lost/stolen cheques

Conditions

• AssetVantage applicants must be aged 18 years and above.
• The minimum monthly salary requirement for new entrants is Rs.30,000 which should be paid into your AssetVantage Account.
• A minimum deposit of Rs 5,000 in a Current Account and Rs 5,000 in a Savings Plus Account is required
